So what happens when we come to your home?
First off, it is very important that the investigation maintains the highest degree of credibility. Because of that we ask for large pets to removed from the property while the investigation taking place.
We also ask that no more than two homeowners remain in the building during the investigation and they remain in a location that is usually paranormally inactive.
We proceed to cases with teams of three and the total number of members on a case will be determined by how many floor levels you have. We usually bring one team per floor. We will set up a large range of equipment on each floor for the entire investigation. Typically we set up a night-vision camcorder or security camera on each floor and we may even set up Infra-red camera traps at various reported hot spots.
Each team will carry equipment to catch EVP’s, EMF’s, and temperature variations. We also carry digital cameras and we take unannounced pictures frequently to try and catch anomalies, shadows and apparitions.
A typical investigation will last 3 – 5 hours. Setup can start anytime during the day but the investigation itself usually starts between 9pm and 11pm. We continue investigating for as long as necessary. Most paranormal activity starts between 11pm and midnight.
When we are done we remove all our equipment and begin the review process within a few days. This can take a week or two to finish. Once the review is finished, we will contact the clients and have them meet us somewhere other than where the investigation took place. At that time the determination will be made as to whether or not further action is needed.
